* 20% gratuity for private events
* Client is responsible for 100% of final count
* Parties canceling with in 72 hours will be charged $500
* Parties that do not show will be charged the minimum guarantee, 20% gratuity, tax and rental fees.
* $100 deposit required
* $1 per person cake cutting charge
* $25 cork fee for wines brought in
* Limit entree selections to three please
* Entree count must be in no later than three business days in advance of the event
* Any floral arrangements, decorating, etc. purchased through Mo's will be placed on the final bill
* Parties of 18 or less may order off the menu
* Parties of 19-25 must limit their menu to 3 entrees from which their guests may choose
* Parties of 26 or more must limit their menu to 3 entrees and provide an exact count for each entree selected
